Paul W. Guillo is a family man and husband of nineteen years to his wife Nicole Parash Guillo. Paul and Nicole’s roots run deep in our community (Nicole’s family owns Southampton beloved mainstay Sip N’ Soda). Together they have three children. Paul regularly gives back to the community and supports many local nonprofits. He has been a baseball coach for many years for both Little League and Southampton Junior High. Paul is a former Board Member of the Greek Orthodox Church Building Committee and remains active in the church.

Paul has a unique “concept to completion” vision and perspective that he brings to landscape development. With 25 years of site work experience, he specializes in excavation, drainage, and waste management. Paul also has the ability to begin work on a blank canvas and see it through to the beautiful backyard landscapes of the Hamptons.

In addition to his work and family time, Paul is an avid golfer and has always been positive, loyal, honest, and dependable to his many friends, clients, and business associates.

Chris Hall has a diverse professional background as an entrepreneur in the fields of luxury swimming pool construction, landscape design and creation, technology, and music. His partnership with Paul Guillo, allows him to combine his talents and follow his passion. Chris brings over 30 years of experience in developing and maintaining properties in The Hamptons and on The North Fork. He enjoys every aspect of working on some of the most amazing homes in the country. “I am truly fortunate to meet incredibly interesting people as I help them make the most of their beautiful homes and landscapes.”

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Chris has taken an active role in civic, charitable, and educational organizations in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors, or been an active member, in the Southampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Montauk, and Manhattan Chambers of Commerce. He has also proudly served on the Board of the East Hampton Kiwanis Club. Chris spent over ten years on the school Board where his children attended. He has coached youth baseball, basketball, and football teams in the towns of Sag Harbor and Southampton. While partners with radio legend Pete Fornatale, Chris produced Mixed Bag Radio for XM/Sirius. During this time he worked with Pete on events that would benefit WHY Hunger (formerly World Hunger Year).

Chris brings dependability, accountability, and the ability to listen. Listening, and then sharing his expertise, has allowed him to work successfully alongside the finest architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners to deliver exceptional results; on time and on budget.
