PERMITS  •  VARIANCES  •  REVEGETATION

CP Complete will guide you through the entire process, working within budget
while realizing a desirable and attractive outcome

Transforming Properties

CP Complete has worked for clients who request permits for the removal of existing dilapidated swimming pools (both vinyl and gunite) and decks and patios. We transform properties and bring new life, reconstructing the backyard to include new luxury gunite pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, pavilions, pool houses, tennis courts, and patios.

The challenges presented to are often substantial. We devise forthright plans that incorporate careful placement of the pool and the companion structures, as well as the compliant landscape revegetation. We regularly present plans to the Town of East Hampton, Southampton Town, Southold Town and all of the incorporated Villages.

Wetland Challenges & Over-Clearing

Wetland challenges are fairly common in Quogue, Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Sagaponack, Sag Harbor, Wainscott, East Hampton, Mattituck, Southold, and Greenport. We partner with, and have access to, specialists who routinely work with regulatory agencies (such as the DEC) in order to obtain letters of non-jurisdiction and wetland variances. In addition, CP Complete excels in planting (and protecting) permissible foliage, shrubbery and vegetation. It is crucial that the installations of such plants be attractive, in some cases provide privacy, and that they be permissible.

The over-clearing of property and lot size is also an issue for many Hamptons and North Fork clients. We routinely review site boundaries for over-cleared lots and revegetate with plants and trees from an approved list making the property compliant.
